Jacqueline Lauer

Jackie Lauer draws on her extensive experience in people management to help dentists and their staff members weather change and develop leadership skills. She can show you how to align a team with your Patient Care Vision and then encourage them to take purposeful action.

With a background of sales management and recruitment, Jackie has worked with many leaders in the public and private sector through Axletree Consulting, a firm she co-founded in 2000. Her skills in human relations transfer well to various industries. She and her partners strive to tailor her coaching specifically to the dental audience.

Using her instruction from the Coaches Training Institute, B-Coach (Business Coaching), Coachville, and the Graduate School of Coaching, Jackie supports her clients through practiced use of intention, reflection, dialogue, and action. Early in her consulting days, she coached small business entrepreneurs, including dentists, lawyers, and real estate agents. She created a system called BrandGenie, which combined marketing and branding strategies with personal coaching. More recently, she has focused her efforts on executives, managers, leaders, leadership teams, and business owners in government, technology, and healthcare.

Certified in Emotional Intelligence, Jackie uses this methodology to help businesspeople communicate better with themselves and others, thus reducing staff and client turnover, decreasing stress in the workplace, and improving sales and productivity as wasted time and sick days decrease.

With her expertise in change management methodologies, Jackie demonstrates how understanding change and its effects can minimize disruption and enhance future opportunities by containing costs, realigning resources, and enabling faster response to customer demands. Through Jackie’s involvement, people feel like they have a voice, which raises morale and improves retention.
