John Kropp

Senior Consultant / Financial Analyst

John is a Senior consultant and is the founder and President of Kropp Financial Ltd. (KFS). The company specializes in dental – medical practice valuations, business planning, investment analysis, capital project funding and practice transitions. He is a graduate of the Business School at the University of Tampa. John has been in the Hospital – Dental industries since 1979. Before founding his company, he held Director and Senior Management positions with several international market leaders in hospital- dental manufacturing and distribution and included American Hospital Supply, Denco, Sinclair Dental and Ash Temple. He has been a key note speaker internationally with topics that include Cost Containment, Procurement Management, and Strategic Planning for Practice Retirement and Practice Investment Planning.

John works closely with our clients to help them better understand their numbers. He is instrumental in helping you to understand the bottom line, and to put a solid plan in place when looking to transition your practice. John regularly conducts practice evaluations, transition planning and services related to the sale of a practice including cash flow analysis, historical trending, comparing income statements to industry averages and providing 5 year business plans.
