Sandra Gregg

Senior Consultant

Sandra provides management and marketing consulting services to single and multi provider practices throughout North America where she is involved in the assessment, evaluation and subsequent enhancement in the business, clinical, financial, personnel and marketing areas of the practice.

Prior to becoming President of Practident worldwide a multi-faceted dental consultancy Sandra was employed as director of Clinical Services for a large health care organization that managed more than 140 offices across Canada. Prior to this Sandra worked for six years in the capacity of educator and developed, implemented and taught the dental assisting curriculum at both the college, private, and secondary school levels. During her very early Dental Career Sandra held a variety of dental assisting, reception and office management positions.

In addition to her formal studies she has taken advanced studies in adult education, communications, consumer behaviour, sales and marketing and leadership. She well understands the challenges faced by dental team members on a daily basis in today's highly competitive business market.

Her experience, coupled with her enthusiasm and commitment to make a positive difference in the lives of the dental teams she consults with, will make her a valued asset to any practice seeking to maximize their potential.
